We believe great care starts with knowing the animal in front of us: their routines, personalities, quirks, medications, favorite hiding places, feeding rituals, and the little things that help them feel comfortable while you're away.
The person behind the care
Meet Roxanne
I'm Roxanne Lau, founder and owner of RNR Pet Care.
I created RNR around the kind of care I would want for my own animals and home: dependable, thoughtful, and personal.
When you leave town, you're trusting someone with much more than a feeding schedule. You're giving them access to your home and asking them to care for animals who are part of your family. I don't take that responsibility lightly.
That's why I take the time to learn how your household actually works, from routines and medications to personalities, preferences, and the little details that make your animals comfortable.
My experience with animals isn't limited to dogs and cats. Over the years, I've personally owned and cared for dogs, horses, chickens, reptiles, and birds ranging from cockatiels to macaws, and my experience with animals goes all the way back to growing up with a tortoise. That hands-on experience has given me an appreciation for just how different each species (and each individual animal) can be when it comes to routines, personalities, and care needs.
