Terms of Service
These terms describe how care is scheduled, delivered and billed, and what you and RNR Pet Care each agree to.
Last updated: August 31, 2026
Who We Are
These Terms of Service govern services provided by CoPilot4Life LLC, doing business as RNR Pet Care ("RNR Pet Care," "we," "us," or "our").
RNR Pet Care is a DBA of CoPilot4Life LLC. Where these terms or any agreement refer to the company as a legal party, the party is CoPilot4Life LLC d/b/a RNR Pet Care.
Acceptance of Terms
By requesting care, booking a service, using the client portal or paying an invoice, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
These terms are general. Your booking is also governed by the Client Service Agreement and any authorizations you sign in the client portal. Where the signed Client Service Agreement and these terms differ, the signed agreement controls.
Services We Provide
CoPilot4Life LLC d/b/a RNR Pet Care provides in-home pet care visits, overnight care, equine and ranch visits, and complimentary While You're Away home checks that are included with qualifying pet care bookings.
We do not provide veterinary, farrier, grooming, training or professional livestock-management services.
Agreements & Authorizations
Before your first booking is reserved, the Client Service Agreement must be signed in your client portal or on paper and recorded by us. Typing your full legal name in the portal is an electronic signature and is legally binding.
Separate authorizations cover specific permissions and are granted individually: veterinary and emergency care, medication administration, home access, equine and ranch care, and weekly recurring billing. You may revoke an authorization for future service at any time from your portal.
Signed documents are stored exactly as you saw them, with the date, your typed signature and technical details of the signing session, and are never edited afterward. When we update a document, the new version applies to bookings made after you sign it.
Booking, Meet & Greet, and Confirmation
- New clients complete a free meet and greet before the first scheduled service.
- A public care request is an inquiry only. It reserves nothing.
- Your dates are reserved and the booking becomes Confirmed only after we approve it, your required agreements and authorizations are complete, you approve the booking summary, and the reservation deposit is paid.
- Service availability, especially during holidays and peak travel periods, is limited and confirmed on a first-come basis.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, current information about your animals, including medical needs, medications and behavior concerns.
- Keep detailed care, medication and home access information in your secure client portal rather than in public forms or email.
- Provide reliable home entry access and working keys, codes or lockboxes.
- Supply adequate food, medication and supplies for the full duration of service.
- Provide current veterinarian and emergency contact information.
- Disclose any history of aggression or bite incidents. We may decline or discontinue service for animals that pose a safety risk.
Health, Safety & Emergencies
If your animal appears ill or injured, we will attempt to contact you and your emergency contact. If we cannot reach you and care is needed, and you have granted the veterinary and emergency care authorization, we may transport your animal to your listed veterinarian or the nearest emergency clinic. You are responsible for all veterinary, transport and related costs, including amounts we advance on your behalf.
Pricing, Travel & Holidays
Current rates are published on our Pricing page. Travel fees may apply for extended and by-request service areas. Holiday rates may apply on recognized holidays. Rates in effect at the time of booking confirmation apply to that booking.
Payment Schedule
- Reservation deposit. When RNR Pet Care approves a booking, Client shall remit a deposit equal to twenty-five percent (25%) of the total confirmed booking price. Requested dates are not reserved and the booking does not become Confirmed until all required client agreements and authorizations are completed, Client has approved the booking summary, and the reservation deposit has been successfully paid. The deposit is applied in full toward the total booking price.
- Remaining balance. The remaining seventy-five percent (75%) of the total booking price is due on the first day of service, before the first scheduled visit or overnight care period begins. The remaining balance invoice is issued in advance of service and shows the first day of service as its due date. Reminders are sent three (3) days before the first service, one (1) day before the first service, and on the morning of the first service if the balance remains unpaid.
- Automatic payment. Where Client has affirmatively authorized automatic payment and has a payment method securely saved through Stripe, RNR Pet Care may charge the remaining balance on the first day of service before the first scheduled visit begins. No saved payment method is charged without Client's explicit authorization.
- Short notice bookings. Where a booking is confirmed on the first day of service, the entire booking balance is due immediately upon confirmation and before service begins.
- Additional charges. Client-approved services or charges that could not reasonably be determined before care began, including additional requested visits, extended visit time, newly added animals, emergency supply purchases and client-approved schedule changes, may be invoiced after the service ends.
- Method and timing. Payments may be made by card through our secure Stripe checkout in the client portal, or by Zelle, cash or check. A payment is considered received on the date funds are successfully captured or deposited. Invoices and due dates are issued through the client portal and by email.
- Cancellation by RNR Pet Care. If RNR Pet Care cancels a service, Client receives a full refund for the services RNR Pet Care cancelled.
- Client cancellation. Client cancellation notice periods and their effect on the reservation deposit are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. The reservation deposit continues to be applied toward any valid cancellation charge.
- Late or unpaid balances. If the remaining balance is not paid by the first scheduled service, RNR Pet Care will notify Client immediately and the booking and invoice are flagged for staff review. Care is not automatically cancelled where doing so would leave an animal unattended or create a safety concern; Client's payment obligation is preserved and RNR Pet Care determines the appropriate operational response. New bookings are not confirmed until an overdue balance is resolved, and RNR Pet Care reserves the right to pursue collection of amounts owed for services rendered.
Invoices & Payment
- Invoices are issued through the client portal and by email and are due by the date shown on the invoice.
- We accept card payments through Stripe as well as Zelle, cash and check.
- Established recurring clients on regularly scheduled walks or visits may be approved by RNR Pet Care for weekly billing. Completed visits are itemized on a weekly invoice issued after service. Weekly billing is available by RNR Pet Care approval only and requires your written authorization in the client portal, which you may revoke at any time for future visits.
- If a payment fails or a balance goes unpaid, we flag the booking and contact you. We will not abandon animals already in our care, but new bookings will not be confirmed until the overdue balance is resolved.
- Accounts with unpaid invoices may have future bookings paused until the balance is cleared.
Cancellations & Changes
Cancellation terms are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy and in your booking confirmation. Please notify us as early as possible so we can release the reserved time to other clients. Late cancellations for holiday and overnight bookings may be subject to a charge.
Client Portal Accounts
Portal accounts are invitation-only and are for the use of your household. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Photos & Updates
We may take photos and notes during visits to share with you. We will not use your photos for marketing without your permission.
Limitation of Liability
CoPilot4Life LLC d/b/a RNR Pet Care provides care with reasonable skill and diligence, but is not liable for pre-existing medical conditions, illness, injury or death not caused by our negligence, damage caused by your animal, or losses resulting from inaccurate information or faulty home access provided by you. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the services in question.
Termination
Either party may end the service relationship at any time. CoPilot4Life LLC d/b/a RNR Pet Care may decline or discontinue service for safety concerns, unsafe property conditions, misrepresentation or nonpayment. Fees for services already provided remain due.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, and disputes will be handled in the courts of Lyon County or Carson City, Nevada.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. The revised date at the top of this page reflects the current version, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
